BetDSI has released its win totals for the ACC with 30-cent lines. Check ’em out below…
Clemson 10.5 flat (-115 either way)
Miami 9.5 (‘under’ -125, ‘over’ -105)
FSU 8.5 (‘over’ -120, ‘under’ -110)
Va. Tech 8.5 (‘over’ -130, ‘under’ +100)
Louisville 8 flat
N.C. St. 7 flat
Wake Forest 6.5 (‘under’ -125, ‘over’ -105)
Ga. Tech 6 (‘over’ -130, ‘under’ +100)
Duke 6 (‘over’ -130, ‘under’ +100)
Boston College 6 flat
North Carolina 6 (‘under’ -125, ‘over’ -105)
Pittsburgh 5.5 flat
Syracuse 4.5 (‘under’ -120, ‘over’ -110)
I like Dino Babers’s Syracuse squad to go ‘over’ 4.5 wins. Before star QB Eric Dungey missed the last three games of the regular season with an injury, the ‘Cuse was 4-5 and had just lost at FSU on a walk-off field goal (after the Orange’s kicker missed multiple times in Tallahassee). The game before that, the Orange lost 27-19 at Miami in a game where Dungey threw four interceptions in the first half. The Orange lost two other one-possession games (at N.C. St. and vs. Middle Tennessee) and blew a double-digit lead vs. Wake Forest. The ‘Cuse brings back eight starters on each side of the ball (16 total). I see the Orange going 6-6 or 7-5 IF Dungey can stay healthy.
WINS: vs. Wagner, vs. UConn, vs. UNC
L’s: vs. FSU, at Clemson & at Notre Dame
Leans to the ‘Cuse: at Western Michigan, vs. Louisville & at BC
Leans to opponent: at Wake Forest, at Pitt
Toss-up game: vs. N.C. St.
Syracuse doesn’t have to face Va. Tech or Miami from the Coastal Division.
