1-Georgia – UGA scored 31 unanswered to roll past Clemson behind Todd Gurley.
2-FSU – Is Okl. St. better than expected? Was that a needed wake-up call for FSU?
3-Oregon – Sparty headed to Eugene with huge chance to make a statement.
4-Auburn – Malzahn has two QBs he can win big with.
5-Oklahoma – Need to stay healthy now that ‘DGB’ & LB Frank Shannon are gone.
6-Alabama – Never threatened to cover and two key players got injured vs. WVU.
7-Baylor – Petty is banged up, but Bears won’t be challenged until 10/4 trip to Austin.
8-Michigan St. – QB Cook & RB Langford could be limited at practice this week.
9-Texas A&M – Tempted to rank Aggies higher, but the defense is still shaky.
10-Stanford – Cardinal get Trojans in Palo Alto with revenge in mind.
11-Ohio St. – Bucks pulled out one of Week 1’s most fortunate spread covers.
12-UCLA – Major issues on the offensive line.
13-Ole Miss – Rebels struggled offensively for 3 quarters vs. BSU.
14-USC – Kessler torched Fresno for 394 yards & four TDs w/o an interception.
15-LSU – I’ve been waiting for that from Kenny Hilliard since 2011 SEC title game.
16-Wisconsin – Andersen needs to go back to Stave — right now.
17-Mississippi St. – If this team can stay healthy, watch out.
18-Clemson – Gurley is going to make a lot of defenses look like that in 2014.
19-South Carolina – Secondary better not underestimate ECU’s Carden & Hardy.
20-Nebraska – Bo Pelini loved sticking it to FAU in 55-7 blowout.
21-Florida – Gator fans still starving for first win in a long time.
22-BYU – Taysom Hill looked sharp despite missing RB Williams and WR Blackmon.
23-Notre Dame – Welcome back, Everett Golson.
24-Louisville – This team can beat FSU at home w/ a healthy WR Parker & RB Dyer.
25-Oklahoma St. – Hard not to love the effort & fight Gundy’s team brought to FSU game.
