–Due to the icy/snowy conditions throughout Alabama, tonight’s Alabama at Auburn game has been pushed back to Thursday.

–In advance of tonight’s game at Ga. Tech, North Carolina had travel issues into Atlanta yesterday (early this morning). The Tar Heels didn’t make it to their hotel until 2:00 a.m. Eastern. They are favored by 4.5 against the Yellow Jackets.

–Vanderbilt is a six-point underdog tonight at Georgia. The Commodores landed at Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport at 8:20 p.m. Eastern last night. They quickly realized that the bus to take them on the one-hour drive to Athens couldn’t make it to the airport. Therefore, Vandy got a flight to Greenville, South Carolina, at 10:45 and arrived at 11:10 p.m. The team spent the night in Greenville and the plan was (unconfirmed at this point) to bus the 100 miles from Greenville to Athens this morning for a noon shoot-around at Stegeman Coliseum.

–The underdogs were barking loudly in college hoops last night. The puppies covered the spread at a 9-2 ATS clip with six outright victories. The money-line payouts were as follows: Missouri (+240), Michigan St. (+200), South Fla. (+270), West Va. (+210), LSU (+145) and New Mexico (+145).

— Cincinnati stud center Justin Jackson left Sunday’s win at Temple early in the first half with an injured ankle. Mick Cronin told the media Tuesday after practice that Jackson is ‘questionable’ for Thursday’s game at Louisville. However, Jackson told Fox Sports Cincinnati, “I’m a machine. I’m playing.” If he can’t go, Cronin would have to adjust his starting lineup for the first time this year.
