Boston is set to host Milwaukee tonight in a pivotal Game 5 with the series knotted at 2-2. The Celtics nearly overcame a 20-point third quarter deficit when they surged back and took the lead, only to eventually fall by a 104-102 count in Sunday’s Game 4.

Giannis Antetokounmpo tipped in Malcolm Brogdon’s miss with 5.1 seconds remaining to put the Bucks back in the lead. Boston’s Marcus Morris missed a potential buzzer-beating baseline jumper that would’ve sent the game to overtime.

The 206 combined points inched ‘over’ the 204-point total. The C’s took the cash as five-point underdogs.

Jayson Tatum’s jumper with 52 seconds remaining put Boston ahead 100-99, but Brogdon answered with a 3-ball from the corner. Al Horford drained a pair of free throws to tie the game prior to Antetokounmpo’s game-winning putback.

As of early this afternoon, most book had the Celtics favored by four points with a total of 203. The Bucks were +145 on the money line.

The ‘over’ has been a winner in eight consecutive Boston games. Even better (over the long-er haul, that is), the ‘over’ is on an incredible 19-2 roll in Milwaukee’s past 21 contests.

The ‘over’ is also 10-1-1 the last 12 times the Bucks have played at Boston. The ‘over’ is 13-3-1 in the past 17 encounters between these squads (regardless of the venue).

I’m looking for another ‘over’ tonight and that’s one of my five plays.
