Friday had it all in college hoops!

Buddy Hield's celebration after his incredible half-court shot at the horn didn't last into the Kansas City night.

–From Indiana-Michigan at noon Eastern to the end of overtime for Utah’s win over Cal in Vegas at 2:36 a.m. Eastern, I watched all of it. In between, there was Mark Fox making a great, albeit obvious, coaching decision that apparently didn’t occur to Bob Huggins, who nearly saw his team beaten on a half-court shot off the glass at the buzzer due to an incompetent lapse in judgement (to be clear, I love Huggy Bear, but that was a kindergarten mistake last night). There were a slew of overtimes, buzzer beaters, near meltdowns (Virginia, Seton Hall, Oregon and Kansas), upsets (too many to name), backdoor covers (Baylor), wild story lines (Tulane’s Ed Conroy) and one of the greatest games in college basketball history (UConn’s four-OT win over Cincy).

–I tried to get to all of it (ran out of gas before I could get to the A-10 Tourney in Brooklyn) in this 2,719-word piece filed to VegasInsider.com shortly after 3:00 a.m. this morning. You can check it out here if you wish.

–Lots more bets and ballgames today, so enjoy and best of luck to all! If you need some winners, I’m 10-4 the last three days and my picks can be found here (with more to be added throughout the day).

Mark Fox's wise decision with 2.1 seconds left ensure a win over South Carolina and a showdown vs. Kentucky in today's SEC Tournament semifinals.
