–I’ve never been a big fan of ESPN’s Colin Cowherd. I get that he entertains the casual sports fan, but his style just isn’t for me. With that said, I might be tuning in more in the future. The Sherman Report has the latest on ESPN’s most recent hire of Jen Lada, who will make regular appearances on The Herd. Lada isn’t bad on the eyes.

Cowherd cut off his interview with Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh this morning.

–If interested, you can check out my interview with Bo Mattingly on Monday by clicking here. We hit on Games of the Year lines for SEC teams and a lot of Arkansas talk.

–For more of my thoughts on Games of the Year numbers, check out this piece filed to VegasInsider.com.

–Anthony Davis has agreed to a five-year, $145 million extension with the Pelicans. He earned it.

–Paul Millsap is deciding between Orlando and Atlanta offers of four years and $80 million. Not sure what there is to think about. According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, the Hawks new owner is willing to go over the salary cap.

–According to Yahoo’s Adrian Wojnarowski, DeMarre Carroll has inked a four-year, $60 million deal with the Raptors. Good for Carroll.

–Danny Green has inked a four-year, $45 million deal to stay with the Spurs, who are also taking a stab at signing LaMarcus Aldridge. San Antonio made room for Aldridge (cap-wise) by trading Tiago Splitter to my Hawks. Atlanta getting a true center to allow Al Horford to play more power forward was a must. The Hawks, who got killed on the boards by Cleveland in the East finals, also needed more size and get that with Splitter.

Was Tiger Woods the reason behind the divorce of Jason and Amanda Dufner?
