Reports: Aldo has fractured rib, title fight in jeopardy

According to reports out of Brazil, featherweight champ Jose Aldo suffered a fractured rib during a sparring session Tuesday morning. The injury has left his title defense versus Conor McGregor in doubt.

Aldo and McGregor are slated to collide in Las Vegas on July 11 in the main event for UFC 189.

Dana White sent out a tweet less than an hour ago that stated, “relax everyone.”

The promotion has spent more money promoting this fight than any other in UFC history.
