–Here’s my breakdown of five Games to Watch in Week 12 at VegasInsider.com.

–Most books have Alabama as a 25-point road favorite Saturday at Mississippi St. This will be the 51st straight time the Crimson Tide has been favored, the longest such streak since USC went off as the ‘chalk’ in 50 consecutive games dating from Week 2 of 2003 its bowl game vs. Michigan on New Year’s Day in 2007. Nick Saban’s team has been a double-digit favorite in 38 of those 51 contests.

–Mississippi St. QB Dak Prescott is ‘questionable’ vs. Alabama after injuring his elbow in a 51-41 loss at Texas A&M.

–Florida starting LB Antonio Morrison is out for the season with a torn meniscus. Morrison is the 10th Gator to go down to a season-ending injury in 2013.

–Stanford is 10-3 ATS as a road favorite during David Shaw’s tenure. The Cardinal is favored by three at USC.

–The Trojans, who are 4-1 both straight up and against the spread since interim coach Ed Orgeron took over for Lame Chafin’, catch Stanford in a vintage letdown spot.

–Michigan St. owns a stellar 12-3-1 spread record in 16 games as a road favorite on Mark Dantonio’s watch. The Spartans are favored by 6.5 Saturday at Nebraska.
