-Alabama — Great win at tough venue after falling behind early.
-Oregon — Ducks crush Vols & now have open date. Won’t be challenged until 10/12 at Washington.
-Clemson — Potential tester Thursday night in Raleigh.
-Georgia — After bye week, Dawgs host North Texas w/ LSU coming up on 9/28 in Athens.
-Stanford — Poor performance in 34-20 non-covering win at Army.
-LSU — Poised to pound Auburn in Baton Rouge this weekend.
-South Carolina — Forget 35-25 final, Gamecocks dominated Vandy w/ 579-268 yardage advantage.
-Texas A&M — Like Georgia, Aggies can outscore anybody, but that ‘D’ needs a lot of work.
-FSU — ‘Noles have an open date before 10/19 showdown at Clemson (Tigers don’t).
-UCLA — I don’t think much of Nebraska, but that Bruins beatdown was impressive nonetheless.
-Ohio St. — This team is so overrated. Badgers visit The ‘Shoe in two weeks.
-Louisville — U of L won 27-13 at Kentucky, but UCF’s win at Penn St. was better news.
-Florida — Gators had open date ahead of Saturday’s game vs. Tennessee at The Swamp.
-Northwestern — Venric Mark still hasn’t played since opener at Cal.
-Michigan — What was that?!
-Oklahoma — ‘The Belldozer’ threw for 413 yards & 4 TDs w/o an int in 1st start at QB.
-Ole Miss — Rebels looked outstanding in blowout win at Texas.
-Miami — ‘Canes should be 4-0 going into home game vs. Ga. Tech on Oct. 5.
-Baylor — Bears have a realistic chance to start 7-0 going into home game vs. Oklahoma.
-Oklahoma St. — Cowboys have open date before going to Morgantown.
-Arizona St. — Fortunate win over Wisconsin.
-Wisconsin — Refs were wrong, but Gary Andersen was the goat.
-Texas Tech — Red Raiders might be able to win their first seven before going to Norman on 10/26.
-Va. Tech — Hokies have got to get more production out of their offense.
-Central Florida — BCS sleeper? The O’Leary’s have a bye before hosting South Carolina.
