SI releases Katherine Webb photos

Katherine Webb’s stock continues to soar. Webb, the girlfriend of Alabama quarterback A.J. McCarron, became the center of attention during the BCS Championship Game thanks to the blowout result and props from legendary broadcaster Brent Musberger.

Musberger took ridiculous criticism for complimenting Webb on her looks, while the Auburn grad gave him a pass and suddenly found herself with job offers galore. One of those offers was to appear in Sports Illustrated’s Swimsuit issue.

SI.com released a sampling of those photos today, including shots of Webb in shoulder pads and with Alabama and Auburn jerseys on.
