**Quick-Hit Thoughts**

–Denver as the favorite? Why?

–Speaking of Denver and its QB Peyton Manning: Joe Flacco now has as many career postseason wins (9) and Super Bowl wins (1) as Manning, who has a 9-12 career record in the playoffs.

–I think the Falcons and Saints are both worth a shot at 18/1. I have confidence in Atlanta GM Thomas Dimitroff to make offseason moves via the draft, trades or free agency to improve the defense, and I think there’s a decent chance the club can talk Tony Gonzalez into coming back. And perhaps most important, I think Matt Ryan and Julio Jones will continue to improve, and there’s no ceiling on how good Jones can be!

–As for the Saints, they were cursed in 2012 and now have their head coach back. The defense can only get better and they still have one of the NFL’s elite offenses.

–Where is soon-to-be-former Packers WR Gregg Jennings going to end up? He’ll be a great get for somebody, assuming he can stay healthy.
