With a 4-1 record Saturday in college football, I improved to 42-24 (64%) for the year. Season pack purchasers are now up more than 15 units going into Week 11.

The action starts tonight on ESPN2 at 8:00 p.m. Eastern when Toledo takes on Ball St. at The Glass Bowl.

Normally these mid-week matchups are complete scrub games, but that won’t be the case tonight. Toledo is No. 22 in my Power Rankings this week, while Ball St. is a team that’s 7-2 against the spread with outright wins at Indiana and vs. South Florida.

Toledo has won eight in a row since losing its opener at Arizona in overtime. Since losing to 9-1 No. Illinois, Ball St. has won three straight both straight up and ATS.

There’s no shame in any of the Cardinals’ losses. They went down in Week 2 at Clemson and lost a 45-43 decision at once-beaten Kent St.

As of early this afternoon, most books were listing the Rockets as 6 1/2-point home favorites with the total at 69 1/2 or 70. Gamblers can take Ball St. on the money line for a plus-220 return (risk $100 to win $220).

If you wish, you can check out my pick for tonight right here.
