Just a few adjustments after watching a few key players perform in a pair of preseason games. The only major movers were the Colts and 49ers. I elevated Indy mainly because Andrew Luck looks nasty! Also, I like how new offensive coordinator Bruce Arians is using Reggie Wayne and the rookie WRs Lavon Brazil and T.Y. Hilton are going to be immediate factors (yeah, I know Hilton turned a big gainer into an interception at Pittsburgh but it’s his speed that I’m diggin’). I downgraded the 49ers because I’m starting to doubt Alex Smith even though the weapons around him are much better than in 2011. I also moved the Jags from last up a couple of slots because Blaine Gabbert looks much improved, although I still have plenty of doubts about the Missouri product. Here’s the first set of rankings if you want to compare.
